These terms govern your use of everytech.io, apps.everytech.io, and the material published on them. The sites are operated by EveryTech. By using the sites, you accept these terms.
What we provide
EveryTech publishes case studies, course material, and product pages. Some material can be read without an account. Nothing on these sites is an offer to contract. Commercial terms for consulting engagements are provided privately to qualified applicants and agreed in signed contracts.
Courses
The courses are educational material. They explain approaches used in our production work, but they are not professional advice and do not promise a particular outcome.
Courses may refer to third-party tools. Those tools are governed by their providers' terms. You are responsible for the accounts you use and the agreements you enter into with those providers.
You may use what you build while following a course, including for commercial work. You may not resell, relicense, or republish the course material itself, or present it as your own curriculum.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code, video, and brand marks on these sites belong to us unless a third party is credited. Case studies may describe work delivered under confidentiality obligations. Client identities, systems, and figures are generalized where required, and the underlying work remains the client's.
You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish a complete piece without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the sites or the systems behind them. Do not scrape the sites at a rate that degrades service for others, or use them to distribute malware or unlawful material. We may withdraw access if you do.
Availability
We aim to keep the sites available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Published material may be changed or withdrawn. A course marked as in progress may change, and we do not promise a publication date for a lesson that has not shipped.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the sites and their material are provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where that limit would be unlawful.
Consulting engagements
Nothing on these sites is an offer to contract for consulting work. An application starts a review, not an engagement. Fees, term, scope, and the law that governs the work are set out in the engagement terms EveryTech sends privately, and take effect only in a signed contract between EveryTech and the client.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. If you continue to use the sites after an update, you accept the revised terms.
