This policy covers everytech.io, apps.everytech.io, and the courses published on them. It is issued by EveryTech ("we", "us"). Questions go to contact@everytech.io.
The short version
We run no advertising and embed no third-party trackers. Most of what we hold is an email address, and only if you typed one into a form. If you apply for a consulting engagement we hold what you put in that application. Course progress never leaves your browser.
What we collect
Reading the site. Our CMS (Ghost) records page views and referrers to produce aggregate traffic counts. There is no advertising network, no analytics script injected into the page, and no cross-site tracking cookie. Our edge provider (Cloudflare) processes request metadata, including your IP address, to route and protect traffic.
Email, if you give us one. Three forms ask for an address: the newsletter subscription, the "get the next lesson" follow form on a course, and a product waitlist. Each is opt-in, and each states what it will send before you submit.
The course follow list is deliberately thin. It stores the course, the address, and the time you signed up — no IP address, no user agent, no referrer. We built it that way on purpose: capturing request-level detail would turn "email me the next lesson" into tracking, for no benefit to you.
Newsletter delivery. Emails we send through Ghost record opens and clicks, which we use to tell whether an issue landed. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Course progress. The AI Foundations course stores your progress in your browser's local storage. It is never transmitted to us, there is no account behind it, and clearing your browser data erases it. The course runs offline for the same reason: there is no server to talk to.
A consulting application, if you send one. Applying asks for your name, work email, company, company website, your role and whether you can approve spend, the problem you want solved, your sponsor and delivery team status, your budget status and timing, and two country fields: where your company is based and where you would be billed. We also record limited referral and campaign attribution.
An application is verified with Cloudflare Turnstile before it is stored in Supabase, where anonymous database users have no read access to it. After storage succeeds, Resend sends you a receipt and alerts EveryTech. Applications are held in the lead store and the email thread they create, and are not copied into analytics, issue trackers, or shared status reports.
What we do not collect
We do not collect payment details on this site. We do not buy, sell, rent, or share mailing lists. We do not build advertising profiles, and we run no advertising or social pixels.

Each is a processor acting on our instructions. We add to this list rather than quietly widening what an existing one does.
How long we keep it
Email addresses stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Aggregate traffic counts carry no identity and are kept indefinitely.
Your rights
Email contact@everytech.io to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will action deletion requests within 30 days and will not ask you to justify the request. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Children
Nothing here is directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
Material changes are dated at the top of this page. If a change widens what we collect, we will say so in the newsletter rather than relying on you to re-read this page.
